This includes working with the lender, appraiser, inspectors, and title companies. A flat fee is charged for this option, regardless of the purchase price.

• Option #2 Local Marketing program. Some Sellers feel that only local advertising, sign, and word of mouth is needed to sell their home. If this happens to be your opinion, we are now offering this option. Show your home to prospective buyers. Advertise your home in local publications. Put sign on property. Place your property information on the MLS. We charge a lower commission rate for this option, due to the fact that we are advertising your property in local publications only.
